This project started out by noticing some water stains in the bedroom closet ceiling. I reached out to several roofing companies for quotes and covR was the only company that showed up on time. What really impressed me is that both Jeff and Ryan were the only ones that took the time searching in the attic and found the real issue why there was condensation in the attic. They found that the exhaust pipe had come apart and was blowing heat and exhaust into the attic causing the condensation which damaged the underside of the decking. This project turned into a bigger project then expected with a new roof, High efficient Furnace and Water Heater but well worth it. Thank you, covR Roofing. The crew that came to the house was very respectful of the property and the surroundings. Care was taken for not only the work done. All the extra debris from removing the roof to all the other work that was completed. Cleanup was done with care. The work and everything else was done in a timely manner. Jeff???? and Ryan???? were even kind enough to help put in the front gate and are helping me to find part of the fence that is needed to help keep the pets in the yard. We have used this company in the past with excellent results, so when it came time to replace our last three contractor grade, leaky windows, we called Jenn to ask if this is something they would do. Upon saying yes, she sent out an estimator and within 6 weeks, we have new, beautiful, Pella windows! We are beyond happy with the results! Wilmer and Jose were friendly, professional and left not a speck of dust or construction debris. Excellent workmanship! Can’t recommend this company enough and they are our “go to” for any home improvements we plan to do!
