Incredibly professional experience. They booked quickly, let us know when the tech was on the way, and Shane was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I am selling my house and the inspection report came back as needing cleaning and service to the furnace and exhaust flue. Kelly was able to schedule me in for the same week. The technician arrived and took care of the furnace relatively quickly. Kelly was very honest as to what options might be for taking care of the exhaust flue and was upfront with prices. This is an honest and reputable company that I highly recommend.
The guys at Roots were awesome to work with. My 24 year old system broke down and because of its age they were unable to fix it. Kelly worked with me to find a new system in my budget. He was very flexible about what we wanted and the whole process was very easy. The installers were on time, quick and clean.
