Updated Review: Firstly, the roof looks great! We did have some issues with this company originally (completing according to contract, damage that was caused that we had to hire someone else to fix, scheduling issues). However, once he heard about the issues, the president of the company stepped in to get to the bottom of it. Thanks to his follow through, we were reimbursed the costs of repairs and then some. While it was a rocky experience at times, I’m walking away satisfied and knowing that if issues do arise, they will follow through and take care of them. Service: Roof installation

This past August the roof on my mother's house had to be replaced after years of wear and tear. I used Dream Home Restoration as the roofing company, Jennifer, who oversaw the installation, was on top of everything from inspecting to ordering supplies to hiring the roofers. she kept in contract with me which was very good, because most people when having a roof installed wouldn't think of the small details when having a roof installed. Our home received a whole new exterior look thanks to DreamHome Restoration! The whole process was organized and well-coordinated. Jen takes all of the pain out of working with the insurance company and did a great job ensuring the contractors knew what their part in everything was. Overall, very satisfied.
