Our project had some unusual circumstances and special challenges from the very beginning. EA did an excellent job of working through warranty issues, with a prior vendor, before the project could start. The warranty effort took several months and EA stuck with it. During the installation of the roof and solar we received regular updates on next steps, including any delays. We were always aware of any weather or product delays. In addition, EA deliver what was promised plus more. EA delivered quality work and skilled technicians. EA followed through with all aspects of the project. I tried to avoid writing this review because I didn't want to write a poor/mixed review. But I have been absolutely spammed to provide a review - after emailing and calling to be removed from the list. So here it is. We hired this company for a full roof demo and install including removal and reinstallation of solar panels on a single family home. TL;DR Pros: Roof seems to be good quality, solar panels are working and communicating as needed, they provide a warranty, they are easy to get a hold of, shingle selection process was quick and easy. Cons: Poor communication during work, didn't meet our ancillary needs, work took longer than anticipated, they spam customers. Details: The roof was installed and inspections passed. Solar panels came off and were re-installed. They are operating and we are thankful for that. But through the construction process it felt like I had to act as the project manager. They kept doing partial jobs and we kept having to call back to get misc items cleaned

We went with Energy Advantage for their Solar Edge products. We are very glad we did. From the start our contact, Peter, was responsive, thorough, and honest. We ran into a few kerfuffles during the roof and solar install, but Peter and the team worked hard to correct the issues and get us what we asked for.
