JC Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

I've had JC Mechanical help me with HVAC issues about three times now and have always been happy with their work. Most recently, Bronson, Zach, and Chris helped me re-route a furnace exhaust while I was having masonry work done. They got the job done quickly, in coordination with the masons, and did a fine job. I had my furnace gas control valve replaced. Zach was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Definitely taping his business card to the front of the furnace. Jim is a great business owner. He called me on his cell for the model number, I sent him pictures, and he called the manufacturer for me and found out that I was still under warranty. Saved me a bunch of money, stress, and that uncomfortable feeling of calling when I really don't know what I m talking about. ☆☆☆☆☆ Service: Heating system repair

Easily the best company we’ve ever hired for anything. From the first time I called (just before 5pm), every single employee I encountered provided top notch customer service. Dixie & Faith were both very personable and helpful on the phone. I also ended up speaking with Jim, the owner, who was amazing. He made himself available to assist us after hours and was very knowledgeable, patient & reliable. He genuinely cared about trying to get our furnace fixed as quickly as possible. (And that was all before anyone had even walked in my front door.) Then Nixon, the Operations Manager, arrived promptly to assess my furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very respectful, communicative, honest & thorough. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to us & provided an honest and reasonable quote. Upon approval, he quickly got the part & repaired it. At no point did Nixon seem even a little bothered by the fact that it was 6pm on a Friday. He patiently answered a couple questions and didn
