Had another great experience with JC Mechanical and their tech, Bronson, today. I had a preventative maintenance contract that recently expired without me using all of the tune-ups, but JC Mechanical honored the agreement still. I will be signing up for another contract soon! The team (Bronson, Zach, Nixon) were all very professional, quiet and friendly. Unlike many contractors who bring in their radios and blast you in your own home. They cleaned up the area and left no signs they had been there. I highly recommended this company and know you will be pleased with them. Betty Brown
I had my furnace gas control valve replaced. Zach was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Definitely taping his business card to the front of the furnace. Jim is a great business owner. He called me on his cell for the model number, I sent him pictures, and he called the manufacturer for me and found out that I was still under warranty.
