Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a major plumbing issue and needed some help. we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, kind person to show up, and Aladdin made sure everything was perfect. He took the extra time to ensure everything was working. If anyone asks Us if we know a plumber, we will be sending them Aladdin’s info and we our happy that we found someone wonderful to work with and help us take good care of our home. Service: Plumbing

Sergio was absolutely amazing! We ended up having a much larger problem than originally thought. He was incredible with trying every single thing he could do to fix the issue. He was here for 5 hours. Extremely professional. Extremely hard working. He absolutely did not quit or give up. At the end of the day, he fixed the problem and explained everything to us throughout the process. I can’t thank him enough for his diligence and kindness. Out of 5 stars, I would definitely give a 10!

So happy about this place! We had an emergency plumbing issue and called 8 companies who all told us no one was available. I called Roto Rooter and the person on the phone was so helpful and dispatched someone within 45 minutes. Cole Jensen was the tech who came out and he was WONDERFUL! He was thorough, kind and gave us options and suggestions. The water heater was the issue so he told us they were under warranty and we would likely save $$ if we had the same company who installed the water heater, come back and do the labor. He did not HAVE to do that! Many companies would have opted to take the $$. And, the service call price of $99 is less than all the other companies we called.
