I have worked with Jared Searcy at Property Pros, and it has been a real pleasure. When my solar customers need to get new roofs, I must coordinate with the roofing contractor to remove the solar panels, complete the roofing work, and replace the panels. Jared is thorough and diligent to make the process smooth for me and my customers. Kudos to Property Pros, and I recommend them for anyone with roofing needs.

Unprofessional and severely lacking reasonable communication skills, working with owner/operator Jared Searcy and PropertyPros was a frustrating and lengthy experience. As a service provider (middle man) who outsources and coordinates with subcontractors in order to complete home projects, communication is really important! This resulted in a long and unpleasant project, where the bulk of time and coordination fell on my hands. Given the myriad of similar service providers operating in the busy greater Denver housing market, save yourself the trouble and go with another provider. Good luck! For reference, our project involved a new roof and trim/fascia, and painting the exterior window and trim. Project start: 5/9/18 and finalized 8/8/18 (Estimate was 3 week max)
