After what I thought was a minor hailstorm, my windows, siding, roof, and gutters were replaced by my insurance company. Jake and his crew were great. They were recommended to us by our insurance company to perform a roof inspection for hail damage. Jake performed the inspection and took care of sending all of the damage details to the insurance company and walked me through exactly what to do and who to call (this was my first experience with a home insurance claim, so I had no idea what to do). They were great at walking us through the insurance adjustor's worksheet and explaining the work that was covered, and they stayed in constant cotact throughout the entire process. They replaced our roof and repaired some damaged window screens and coordinated with contractors to restain our deck and replace our gutters.
