Stellar HVAC Repair are professional, empathetic & kind from Beatrice in the office to guy in sales. The installers Ulysses & his assistant were prompt & hard working. I have to also mention Stellar HVAC Repair must be the only company to supply loaner AC's. They gave us 2 to use until our new system was installed.
Just the same day I called Stellar HVAC Repair firm regarding a problem with my heating system, Kyle came by. Kyle was a really kind and competent individual. He quickly pinpointed the issue's main cause and completed a comprehensive, spotless repair. He also performed a thorough system check to ensure there are no other problems. He also provided me some maintenance advice and described the system's workings to me. Overall, Kyle was outstanding and produced excellent results. This was excellent from start to end! Customers were given security by receiving an email with a photo of the agent who was knocking on their home. The pricing were far less than the top end men in town, and everyone was quite kind. Stellar HVAC Repair team goes above and beyond to help you in every way possible, and the communication was great! I hardly noticed they were present when they installed a complete system. Highly recommended and I won't be searching for anyone else to handle my heating and cooling needs from now on...adding them to my contacts!
