I am selling my home and needed some roof repairs to satisfy the buyers inspection report. Lakewood Exteriors responded to my request immediately and was at my house within 2 hours. They went up on the roof to inspect it without me saying a word or asking for any kind of payment. They quickly did the repairs during the same visit and the cost was extremely reasonable. They even repaired some flashing that wasn’t even listed in the report which was above and beyond. I don’t usually write reviews but this company is awesome. I highly recommend.
