I called after being ghosted by a plumber for over 2 weeks and no hot water in the house. Christopher's plumbing went over and beyond and got my new hot water heater installed only a few days after I called them. Their service was quick and phenomenal! I have purchased some fixtures and a sink from the remodeling side of the company (Christopher's Showroom). The plumbing side was able to help install my sink for me. I had such a great experience with both sides. The plumbers were very polite and respectful. They were able to answer all of my questions about my new products. I will continue to use them in the future. Definitely recommend!

I want to share my recent experience. I am the sole caregiver for my 89 yr old Mother who lives with me under home hospice care. Yesterday morning the hot water in the tub/shower wouldn't shut off. As it was running a good amount, I had to shut the water off to the house. I called Christopher's & explained my situation. Within 20 mins of my call James was at my home & fixed the faucet. I am so very grateful to Bob & Dave for prioritizing my work and for having such understanding & compassion. May they be rewarded many times over.
