I had a really great experience with these guys. I don’t have a lot of knowledge around furnace/ac systems but Tracy spent 30 minutes with me on the phone, answering all my questions and concerns before I scheduled with them. They were able to do an install within a few days, were on time to start, and finished exactly when they said they would. What I liked best was they kept me informed of everything they were doing, why they were doing it and answered every question I had. They made sure I understood the warranties and registering my new equipment and really made me feel very comfortable with this huge purchase. They were also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! They were professional, courteous, on time and accomplished the work exactly as expected within a 7 hour period. Most impressively, they beat a competitor's price to install the exact same furnace and air conditioner for almost 50% ($8000) less than their competitor's quote!
