Excel Roofing

Excel did an amazing job replacing our roof! Ronnie was our project manager and he couldn't have been a better person to work with. He was very thorough in answering our questions and he stayed in constant communication with us for every step of the project. The crew was also great. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors on how great our roof looks as well as compliments regarding the job they did during clean up. It was a fairly windy day and there was no trash from our project blowing around the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this company enough. I, as a very picky person, would highly recommend working with Excel Roofing. During my roof replacement, I especially appreciated that they: * Did things in a timely manner * Followed through on what they said they would do, when they said they would do it * Answered all of my questions * Were considerate and responsive to all of my communications (in person, via text, and via phone) * Were knowledgeable and did a high quality job on my roof * Worked with my insurance company so that I didn't have to pay anything out-of-pocket (except my deductible) The office staff (Abby, Ana, and Nancy) knew exactly what was happening, notified me whenever there was something I needed to be aware of, and were always kind and receptive. Braenden was my project manager and he checked in with me routinely. He was trustworthy, clearly explained topics I knew little about, and also came by the house regularly to make sure that everything was completed to a high standard.

My roof started leaking in my garage during one of the many recent storms. I thought it might be hail damage and was referred to Ronnie Fisher with Excel Roofing by my insurance agent. Ronnie was at my house within a couple of hours to inspect my roof. Ronnie informed me that the roof was missing 7 ridge shingles and it appeared that the builder forgot them. Excel has a repair department and Ronnie explained that I would need to schedule the repair with them. He said they were extremely busy and probably couldn't fix the roof for at least a week. Ronnie said it wouldn't take more than a few minutes to do and that he could do it. Ronnie went out of his way to fix my roof; not only was this not part of his job, he actually went to the hardware store to buy more nails! Ronnie put the new shingles on and took pictures to show me what he did. After it was all said and done, Ronnie didn't charge me anything! I'm so grateful that my roof didn't require an expensive fix and will definitely
