We had our water heater replaced this evening. Three trucks pulled up in front of our house and four representatives entered our house. The service representatives were not wearing face masks or gloves When my husband inquired about that they said they did not have any. Unfortunately, we did allow them to complete the job. We have always been pleased with there work. What I am disappointed in is myself for not asking them to leave until they had face masks and gloves. I should have asked for fewer workers to enter our home. We have a 91 year old, 71 year old and 67 year old living in this house. Southglenn Heating and Air Conditioning should also provide recommended gear for their employees during this time of COVID19.

I had a furnace replaced by Southglenn Heating and had an excellent experience. They were very competitive with their pricing, no pressure, timely, and they were extremely thorough — making sure everything was done correctly and neatly.
