Employees were responsive, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Someone was sent the same day I called. Others are scheduled to follow up and have already called to make appointments starting the following day for the extra work needed and an estimate. Service: A/C system repair
Scott was friendly and professional. He went about his work well and kept me informed. At the end he went over all that he had done. The best part of his report was that the system is functioning well...No needed repairs. He also pointed out the there has been a code change with regard to the gas valve leading to the furnace. However, that did not mean I would have to change it out at this time. Service: HVAC system maintenance
I was very impressed with the professionalism of Scott when he came to diagnose the air conditioning problem and with Caroline who came to explain and finalize the purchase and installation details of a new furnace.
