These people conned our neighbors into getting a new roof, instead of repairing the minor damage I guarantee they had. Our houses are so close together, yet Weatherguard couldn't be bothered to tarp our mulch yard, too, nor ask permission to use our fenced in yard for ladders to complete the roofing project nextdoor. They trashed our mulch with the roof litter and despite picking up big pieces of roof along the side, there are nails EVERYWHERE!! I picked up 10 nails during my inspection of their cleanup and stopped because they need to be held responsible for cleaning the rest of the mulch. This is so unprofessional! If houses are as close as ours are, and you know you're going to litter the neighbors property, you must tarp the yard next door.

Weatherguard Roofing & Restoration of Englewood, CO via Project Manager of Josh Tejan did an excellent job of the replacement of my wind damaged roof here in Colorado in the Fall of 2022 with new installation of Class-4 rated shingles and additional seamless gutters/downspouts. From the initial free inspection/assessment to the final certificate of completion of the work, all was a seamless process with Weatherguard and my insurance company (which now provides a substantial annual reduction of my homeowner insurance policy).
