Tech Jason installed a new kitchen faucet for us. He is competent, professional and personable. He also found the source of a leaky bathroom sink and replaced a gasket seal at no charge. The ladies in the office, Katy and Melissa are friendly, efficient and are great at follow up communications. Overall a very pleasant experience. Mike came up with a great solution to a tough problem that involved replacing some cracked old iron piping in a tight spot, and it was all done at a very fair price. On top of that, Mike has to be about the nicest guy on the planet and was a pleasure to have in our house. Mike was a friendly experienced pro. He explained what needed to be done and what it cost. Had everything in his truck so the outside spigot was replaced in an hour.
