I think the staff at Winair are the BEST!!! Louie goes above and beyond to help us all the time. Katy Kicker and Carissa are always helpful and smiling. Now, Dave, that's another story. You're awesome Dave. We appreciate you guys!!!!

Called and asked about an ignitor for my furnace. They said that they have alot of them I stock and the price was $169. Amazon sells the exact one for $30 I told them and he said then buy it from them in a very condescending tone. Then I asked if there were other company's that sell this product to the general public and he said I could just call around. I would have paid an extra $10-$15 to get the part today but to overcharge by $130 that's insane. I hope people don't go here and get ripped off.

They do have a good selection and 98% of everything you need in stock at a fair price. Id give 5 starts but they got a jerk at the register who can't be bothered to do his job.
