We had a toilet drain leak between the upstairs and downstairs floors. It was due to a DIY screw up (probably previous owner ????). We had the pleasure of working with Terra to rectify the problem. She was very prompt, professional, and has a great sense of humor. She quickly identified what the problem was and then thoroughly explained to me what was going on and the best way to fix it. Terra did a great job! Great craftsmanship and left the work area spotless. Rex’s and Terra are now my go to plumbers in NOCO.
