Ray was fabulous! We had a small problem with the flushing unit in the toilet and the knob that turns on/off the water to the tank. He was such a nice guy, squeezed us in the SAME DAY (got lucky and thank you!!), was professional, competent and everything is working great, now. First off; if you're having a water emergency, stop reading and CALL RAY! Now that we've gotten that out of the way, R&J are the best. They've done everything over at our house, from repairing old drain nonsense, to installing all new high-end fixtures and appliances. They're super professional, dilligent, and respectful. Ray is the kind of dude you can trust inside of your home, even unsupervised. This is a young family-owned and operated business, with very noticeable attention to detail and a wide knowledge base. I could go on praising them for ages, but the most important thing is that they will do well by you, and you'll feel good having hired them to get your house (or commercial property) plumbed up right. R&J installed our tankless hot water heater, tub and rainfall shower head, smart toilet/bidet, not-smart but still unique toilet, several sinks, a smart faucet, garbage disposal, and probably much more down the line.
