I don't do reviews often of businesses, but I feel I have to do one for Justin with 72 Degrees. Four years ago, our AC went out. I looked for a HVAC contractor to replace the AC. I hired one of Justin's competitors. They replaced the unit, and I thought everything was okay. A year later, I took advantage of a coupon that Justin had for him to service our furnace. He came out and showed me the cracks in the heat exchanger and told me that whoever installed the furnace did it incorrectly because it was not elevated off the ground to allow air to flow. Knowing that the furnace was close to 20 years old, I knew it was time to replace it. He gave me some options on what units he could install without any pressure. I thought about it a few days and decided he was the best guy for the job. As he was installing the furnace, he noticed that the wiring to the AC was not correct.
