My AC had froze up really bad, so much so that it was an entire block of ice. Brad and Josh came out and walked me through options to to get my AC back uo and running. I am glad it is cool the next couple of days. I know sooner or later I need a new AC unit but I am being stubborn mainly do to the price. My experience with Falling Star was exceptional! From quote to install was 1 week! Other companies were a month out. My techs were professional and friendly. At the end of the day, a supervisor came out to double check the work. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day, and the price quoted was exactly what I paid.
