They were on time and very professional, they explained their thermostat to me and got it installed and ensured it was working before leaving! I finally have a comfortable home with a thermostat that self adjusts to monitor my home temperature. Service: Install thermostat
We had an issue with our heater and have had issues in the past getting people to work on our home since it’s manufactured. The team at Falling Star, Josh and Tru, we’re extremely professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely call them again with any further issues.
I loved our experience with falling star heating and cooling. Sunshine (scheduler) was a delight and absolutely lovely. Trumane (tech) was professional and kind. He explained everything and was a gem to talk to. Even my doggos loved him and they are a tough critic.
