Home Services at The Home Depot

When I went into the store to purchase doors the guy in the dept was very helpful (Brett). I was also REALLY impressed with the guy that came out to measure for the installation, however - after I paid, I never heard from anyone to schedule the installation - 72 hrs later I called, when calling back the first person that answered the phone told me "he was new and couldn't help me so I needed to hang up and call back", the 2nd person that answered seemed confused and said she'd send me to that dept, the person that answered in the dept was very hard of hearing and just kept saying "what?! I can't hear you" - (there was no problem with the connection) - I finally gave up and hung up. Will try again tomorrow at a different time to hopefully get a competent person on the line. Looking forward to getting this completed. I typically use Home Depot Boulder which has much better customer service. UPDATE! Receiving has a terrible attitude and could care less service was rude and didnt care big attitude problem and needs to be fired how do you run a business with a person who doesn't care will never go here and I will spread the word worst place ever
