We hired Mcbride to do new lighting in our commercial space in 2022. First, The workers were Very late each time they were scheduled to come out. Then, one of the tracks stopped working immediately. The track lighting is on a ceiling about 20 feet up - keep in mind, there is no way it could be tampered with on my end as I'm not a 16ft woman, unfortunately. Three separate times, I had their technicians come out, and "repair" the track, only to have it break again days later. At a certain point, I think March of 2023 - They came out one last time and said I needed a new track. They said they'd order one and get back to me, I never heard back. At this point, other things came up and I stopped calling to ask about it,- (I had a miscarriage, a father on hospice, more pressing business than a piece of track lighting.) Now, with a bit more time on my hands I called again to inquire about the broken track - again, someone came out, said it needed to be replaced and said they'd be in touch. Th

We recently moved into a new apartment in Arvada and had some electrical issues this past weekend that happened to be at a time when we had to use the after hours maintenance line. The on call employee came out and realized that the issues we were having needed an electrician, mind you it was around 8 PM on a Saturday. Justin with McBride came out to assist the on call worker Brandon and from the moment he arrived to when he came by for the follow up on Monday it was an amazing display of professionalism, care, customer service and pride. He figured out what the issue was fairly quick and was able to get power restored to our unit. He spent most of his Saturday night as they left around 10:30 PM, ensuring that we were going to be good until Monday when he was able to replace the main breaker.
