Karsten Electrical Services

I am completely impressed with the work done by Mr. Worley and Mr. Auston of Karsten Electrical Services and would highly recommend this company. They arrived on time, were professional, knowledgable and worked very hard. This should be expected but they both went far beyond by being kind, considerate, pleasant and completely competent. All the work done was excellent.

I used Karsten to provide electrical services for a mobile injection control trailer we custom fabricated. They installed several hundred feet of conduit, wired two control panels, two power panels, a 3 phase to single phase transformer, and dozens of flow meters, solenoids, outlets, heating circuits, etc., all in a 34 ft. trailer. They were terrific to work with. Karsten was responsive, listened (refreshing that was), and provided a high quality service on time and within my budget. I would recommend Karsten for any residential or industrial job like I had!

Karsten Electrical, and Shawn specifically, came as a strong recommendation and we asked them out for a complete home electrical remodel project. Shawn came out for a site visit, explained everything professionally and demonstrated a clear wealth of expertise about everything we needed to consider about a project of our size. What I appreciate most was Shawn broke down the reality of the cost of the project versus the age of the home, and challenged us to honestly consider whether we wanted to invest this much into the house (is this our forever home?). I appreciate that his candor came at the risk of not closing a deal, and that he clearly cared that the job would be in our best interests, not Karsten's. Ultimately, we decided to sell the house and move, and not ask Karsten to do the electrical upgrade, but Shawn's honesty and integrity definitely earns my recommendation, and will earn my future business where ever my family ends up next.
