Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric

We have used Fix-It 24/7 for a number of projects from a new furnace, to a burst pipe, to electrical issues. They are always timely, professional, and helpful. It’s nice that even in an emergency, you can call in the middle of the night (our furnace went out in the middle of winter). They are always very kind and friendly. We are now members of their “green club” to get yearly maintenance on all our appliances and keep everything in working order. We had Adam S. out today to service our AC before summer arrives and he was super great at explaining everything to me in a way that made sense and he was so nice and upbeat. He did a really nice job cleaning our unit (and this company always leaves their work space clean). As a bonus, everyone who works here is always great with our dogs. ☺️

I use Fix-it exclusively because of the professionalism and the honest personal customer service. Kaleb my plumbing technician today embodied these qualities. He displayed his experience and professional tone all while being friendly and attentive. He solved my issue quickly. The experience was pleasant. Update: I spoke to Dustin about the situation and he refunded me and put a credit on the account. Dustin was very kind and had explained that this was not how they do business. I’m very happy with how they resolved the problem. I had a leak in my basement and thankfully they were able to come out. Unfortunately I feel very disappointed. I was initially quoted $1,200 to $1,300. I agreed and then when it came time to pay the technician said it was now $1,900. My ceiling was completely torn out and the mess of the drywall was left all over my bathroom. I feel like they could at least clean up after themselves for the $1,900 and for two propress fittings and a foot of copper that was used. Extremely over priced and very messy to leave for me with a baby. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Service: Plumbing leak repair
