We have used Fix It 24/7 to help in several repairs and a few projects and they’ve never disappointed. In fact everyone that has come to our home to assist us has gone above and beyond EVERY TIME! From the managers that help price quote projects for us (and remove stuff prices of wood from my tools for me ;) ) to the technicians (NOT CONTRACTORS!) that help fix this old house and all its quirks! I’m NEVER disappointed when I call Fix It 24/7! The photo is of our kitchen light that we replaced but in the process found another quirk of our old house that we couldn’t resolve but Fix It did! Thanks again for the wonderful job on this one Greg! Can’t wait for the shed electrical project to be finished so I post pics of that project!
A few years ago I had my furnace replaced by Fix-it 24/7. They quickly did quality, friendly work. I was completely satisfied. Recently Fix-it 24/7 replaced my water heater. I was lucky enough to have Charles D. and Edgar O. do the work. They couldn't have been better. Because of them and all their employees I recommend Fix-it 24/7. I won't call anyone else. Update: I spoke to Dustin about the situation and he refunded me and put a credit on the account. Dustin was very kind and had explained that this was not how they do business. I’m very happy with how they resolved the problem. I had a leak in my basement and thankfully they were able to come out. Unfortunately I feel very disappointed. I was initially quoted $1,200 to $1,300. I agreed and then when it came time to pay the technician said it was now $1,900. My ceiling was completely torn out and the mess of the drywall was left all over my bathroom. I feel like they could at least clean up after themselves for the $1,900 and for two propress fittings and a foot of copper that was used. Extremely over priced and very messy to leave for me with a baby. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Service: Plumbing leak repair
