Aaron (service tech) and Tara (dispatcher) are awesome! My parents A/C unit went out with outside Temps in the 90's. Aaron was able to show same day, fixed the issue, and was extremely professional. I unfortunately did not have a smooth experience with this company. I tried using them twice. I was unlucky that both times they sent the same guy Tyrell C. who is more of a sales man than a HVAC technician. The first time I needed a smart wifi thermostat installed and told me he couldn't do it because my furnace was too old and that I should just buy a new one so I can use it with my new wifi thermostat. I kind of believed him for a second, but called another HVAC company and they were able to easily install it into my existing furnace without a sales pitch that I should buy a new furnace blah blah. Affordable H&A didn't help me, but still confidently charged me the $90 inspection fee. Then time went by and I needed help with my AC... I figured I could forgive them about the thermostat issue since this was a different situation all together and why not a second chance in an emergency... when the ac was freezing over. My AC stopped working last week; I called and an appt. was scheduled within a week (it's summer; I expected nothing too soon). The person I spoke to when I called was very pleasant! I rec'd a text when the tech, Aaron, was on his way. Just like a similar review, he knew within 20 minutes what the issue was, and he had fixed within 45 minutes. I had a couple of questions about my HVAC system, and he was able to provide knowledgeable and helpful answers. Also, as a single mom, the cost was something I was able to afford for the repair.
