Right on time. We had a second system installed on another end of our house. Nate was on time, did it quickly and it was done very professionally. Services: Install AC, Ductless heating & A/C services
On time, knowledgeable and did a great job!
Rude and seemingly lazy. Came out to service A/C on a home warranty claim after another company diagnosed the issues. He didn't even bother looking at the other company's report and ignored clear evidence of an oil leak and bad compressor. He was here for maybe 15 minutes. EDIT: I fully understand that the company is limited by what the warranty service allows them to do. However, the warranty does not limit from taking off a cover to check for evidence of leaks or viewing the previously mentioned report. It did not seem like a thorough inspection in the slightest. The one star review is not because the unit was not fixed under the warranty, it is because there seemed to be no effort to find or address issues. Service: A/C system maintenance
