Wagner Electric Company

I have had a couple experiences with Wagner Electric, and both of them have been phenomenal! I purchased a new build home last year, and we've had a couple issues that have needed to be addressed. The first issue was with the AC. I ended up calling Wagner because I could not get a hold of anyone else (the builder, or the HVAC they suggested) and we were getting desperate. I spoke with Jessica at Wagner, and she let me know that they wouldn't be the one to fix it, but I think she could tell that I was getting frustrated (not at Wagner at all, just at the lack of responses from the others I had already called and not heard from), and she said "Let me call around for you and I'll call you back" and she did! She was able to get a hold of the correct people, and get me in contact with them! I was SO grateful for her help. She was not obligated to do any of that, but she did it anyways and words cannot fully express how much that means to me! The second time was for investigating a weird cli

They claim to focus on their quality customer service, that's a joke. We had to repeatedly call them and practically beg them to come out. They claim they came out but never called to tell us they were coming or that they had been here. We were supposed to get a quote, but that never happened either. I would NOT recommend dealing with Glen, he clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service.

i originally contacted Angie’s and they sent out a clown to wire my hot tub. He starts the job, doesn’t get finished and then had other jobs to do. So an election friend of mine recommended Wagner, i called them. they came out finished the mess up than Angie’s clown left. Now the hot tub works, the job looks professional and they were great people to work with. Service: General repairs
