Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. The I spoke to on the phone was very clear with what the cost could be and helpful when setting up the appointment. The plumber Rob was very kind and courteous and able to resolve my clock to sink with no issues.

I was told that the cost would be $120 for the visit plus time. In fact, Peter arrived exactly on tme,fixed the shower valve plus replaced my shower head with one I had purchased and even replaced my toilet paper holder that had fallen off the wall.. He worked for the full hour and charged me $120 total - nothing extra for the time spent. I need to warn you to not be fooled by others who steal this name - especially the one that advertises on phone books and calls itelf Mr. Rooter. I accidently called them last year but luckily realized my mistake before they charged me.They cannot be trusted to do the work well and charge exorbitan fees.
