Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. The I spoke to on the phone was very clear with what the cost could be and helpful when setting up the appointment. The plumber Rob was very kind and courteous and able to resolve my clock to sink with no issues.

I am SO glad I called Roto-Rooter to come out for a second opinion. I got an appointment same-day and the employee who came out, Frankie, was incredibly professional and transparent about his entire process. I was only charged $100 for the second opinion and given a full report and video of the scoping. The previous company I was using gave me a $9,800 estimate for a very invasive 'solution' to a problem that didn't even exist! I will only trust Roto-Rooter, and Frankie specifically, for all of our future plumbing needs. Service: Sewer cleaning

We are so thankful for Roto Rooter! They have come through for us multiple times when our old sewer system has backed up. This last time we worked with Raul who was so great to work with! He was very professional, informative, helpful but his demeanor is so relaxing we appreciated the vibe be brought to our house. Their services are very well priced and much lower than another plumber we tried. I would recommend Roto Rooter again and again! And will only call them going forward.
