We used Summit Roofing for roof, gutter and siding repairs from a hail storm. They were very professional during all interactions, always on time, very responsive to any questions or concerns and always let us know if anything changed regarding budget or schedule on our hail damage repairs. The quality of the work was also very good. They worked with our insurance to iron out any reimbursement details and when I accidentally overpayed the invoice they quickly notified me and sent me a check for the difference. They were very prompt and efficient and knowledgeable after I called. Zach came and did an evaluation on a cold Saturday morning! Let us know what the problem was. Then set up a time to come and fix the venting problem! The gentleman that came to fix the problem explained everything he was going to do and why, was the most courteous and knowledgeable worker that has come to repair something, and did it with a positive attitude and then showed me what he fixed! We had a hailstorm that completely destroyed our roof and the roof of our detached shop. As well as a number of other small items around the house. We met the guys from Summit in town, out and about at a community event, which was a breath of fresh air. It makes me so upset when something happens to a town and salesmen start coming out door to door. That was NOT the case with summit. They were very friendly and professional and helpful from day one until well after the job was completed. Zach went far and beyond expectations to make sure that the entire roof replacement was done well, and did most of the work with my insurance agent so that I didn't have to.
