They have the front of this store so bunged up with overstocked products that it makes it difficult to even get out of here without walking through a crowd of people felt very uncomfortable and crowded in this store. They have NO dolly's with pneumatic tires and they're products are all WAY overpriced for what you're getting.
I order dog runs on August 2nd, I needed the dogs by August 14th. needless to say I had to call them to find out where my order was and I was told it was shipped on the 9th and I might get it on the 14th or later. this really hurt my business and I will never do business again with home depot.
No assistance, what ever happened to that? Shelves in the lawn care area were empty of Ortho ground clear! Went to customer service and they were too busy talking to their co-workers to assist!
