I used Modern Roofing for the installation of roofs and gutters on a 22 unit townhome project. Their bid was very detailed and competitive. The owner of the company, Nic, came out and toured the property with me prior to the start of their construction. He told me what to expect and how they were going to utilize space on the jobsite to allow the rest of our construction to proceed. The crews were fast and clean.
