Our company had damaged and unsafe roofs hatches on a five building multifamily property. Modern Roofing responded immediately with suggestions and an estimate. We ended up getting new roof hatches and safety railings on all five buildings. The work was done in a respectful manner not to interfere with the residents. Modern Roof Co assessed the roof damage, estimated the cost, ordered the materials to be delivered, and applied for the permits in a county they usually didn't work. They started work when they promised and despite weather challenges, finished the roof, scheduled the final inspection (it passed) and left the property clean and in perfect condition.
