Our technician arrived on time, though left abruptly. The technician indicated there were concerns but he wasn't able to review them with me at that time and needed to leave. He called a couple hours later to review the findings and recommendations. While on the phone the connection was not great making it difficult to hear the concerns that were noted. Also the technician added a signature on a document in a space for me to sign indicating my satisfaction with the service.

We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Our experience with Premier Heating and Air was outstanding! From receiving a quote to install, the process was smooth and positive. The crew arrived on time and took care to keep the the home and work area clean. Thank you to everyone involved!
