Premier Heating and Air

This is an edit, so I wanted to update a more negative review. After some phone calls to get our situation sorted, Premier sent out Alejandro and identified the issue. Him and I spoke about the issue and he took care of it quickly. I want to thank everyone at Premier for getting this taken care of and I want to say that Alejandro was awesome through the entire fix! I know this escalated quite a bit which wasn’t my original intention, so I apologize. Premier showed up and we got everything figured out. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

Our technician arrived on time, though left abruptly. The technician indicated there were concerns but he wasn't able to review them with me at that time and needed to leave. He called a couple hours later to review the findings and recommendations. While on the phone the connection was not great making it difficult to hear the concerns that were noted. Also the technician added a signature on a document in a space for me to sign indicating my satisfaction with the service.

Our air conditioner needed to be replaced in the middle of summer. Premier was able to provide us with multiple quotes the same day and replaced the unit 2 days later. Every other hvac company would take days to come out to give us a quote or we’re extremely overpriced. Premier really saved the day! Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair
