Mat vangel and the grip exteriors company are highly unprofessional dangerous "roof repair company" if you could even call them that. After a 3 month period of trying to get Mat to show up for an estimate for my damaged roof he and a older lady show up arguing prior to knocking on my door loud enough so that my 7 year old daughter heard them inside and said she was afraid. Not only did they lack manners and respect for my family, but Mat Vangel showed up for the estimate in rainbow flipflops. Then proceeds to try and use a ladder to climb on my roof without proper safety shoes. I of course being a responsible home owner wouldn't allow Mat to continue unless he had proper shoes on, upon telling him this Mat got outraged cursed me out and left peeling his tires as he drove off. Six months later I received a invoice in the mail for $200 estimate fee that he never even completed. This team are truly professionals! Our roof was damaged in a hail storm and needed replaced. They not only worked with us, but helped navigate the insurance claim process and then also made sure to work on our timeline to ensure our roof was completed timely and correctly for the sale of our home!
