First of all, hats off to Adam Amstutz, Project manager for Johnson Construction. He was absolutely amazing. We originally called because we had roof damage. Adam came out immediately and did a full inspection. Then he went over and beyond to get our insurance company to see that the roof was damaged. Unfortunately our insurance company only wanted to replace a few of the broken cement tiles. Adam found out that our original roofing tiles were no longer manufactured and a substitute tile was not available. Our insurance company said we can get used tiles at a roofing boneyard. Adam knew that city code would not allow used tiles to be installed. he contacted the city of Centennial several time to get the to provide written letter stating that per code that our roof must use only new cement tiles. Since our tiles were no longer manufactured, our insurance company agreed with the adjuster (through Adam's constant follow-up) to pay to replace the entire roof. We scheduled the job

At the time Johnson Roofing replaced my roof last year, I had two home projects going on. Johnson was SO much easier to deal with than the other company! I was pretty sure I wanted a Euroshield roof but was concerned about the smell, because we have an evaporative cooler that draws air from the roof. Mike Mahin provided references from past customers who were in exactly the same situation, which was very helpful, and he brought actual samples of the roofing material so I could see what the smell was like as well as choose our roof color. (It turned out the smell was no problem -- we noticed it only briefly on a few hot days shortly after the late-summer installation, and only from the outside of the house.) Miles and his staff, especially Rodolfo, were phenomenal. Very thorough and detailed with their work. Our garage roof has had issues for years and Miles did a very thorough inspection and analysis of the repair needed. He gave us a fair estimate and stuck to it even when the repair took longer than expected. When they lifted the roof up, they found that it was not properly sealed when the home was built and the warranty repair was also not done properly. Miles and his company finally took care of the issue. They treated us with respect and integrity through the whole process. We were very impressed with their service and we highly recommend them.
