Use Mr. Handyman. I've recommended them to several people. I had a rush job, and the folks at Mr. Handyman sent someone out very quickly, within a day for an estimate. They then did the job very, very nicely by my very high standards, and gave a fair price. They're also responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Just decent, reliable people--a good crew.
