They replaced the roof and gutteres in a day, no issues and a coordinated effort by all. Evan called my insurance and helped save about 20% on annual cost. 1st Colorado Roofing was a great company to work with. They replaced my roof following extensive hail damage. Evan was very accommodating of my work schedule and was able to meet with me before and after normal work hours. He was also always right on time and I never had to sit around waiting for anyone. Evan coordinated everything with my homeowners insurance, which made it very easy for me. And he made sure that I would not be responsible for costs beyond my deductible, which I really appreciated. He also didn't take any payment from me until after I received all of the money from my insurance. They replaced the roof in essentially one day and it looks great. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris, not only from my yard, but my neighbors' yards as well. I highly recommend them!
