We were so lucky to have discovered Sewer Lines Only. Our sewer line had collapsed and we selected Sewer Only from their great reviews. Within 30 minutes, Jake arrived and got to work. With his sophisticated equipment, he identified the problem area. and within a day, Pedro and crew arrived with the heavy equipment. In addition, to their great, responsive work, they discovered the cable company working in the neighborhood cut through our pipe. They documented with video and photos. We can't say enough about every employee we had contact with: Jake, Pedro and crew, Cameron, Wyatt and Kim in the office. Everyone was professional, effective, friendly and above all: HONEST! We had an absolutely amazing experience with Sewer Lines Only. We unfortunately had an issue with the first tech they sent who wasn't able to snake the line and damaged the pipe in the process. They sent out the A Team right away! Cameron and Pedro are definitely worth mentioning, they were completely professional and very communicative. They replaced the broken pipe and went above and beyond to diagnose the clogged line and did all the could to clear it. When they found it couldn't be done without heavier equipment, they provided us with a contact to a company who could do the job and set everything up to insure their success. They were kind, courteous, very professional and we truly felt they were giving sage advice to save us money. Unheard of! TRUSTWORTHY!! A different company had told me I needed to replace the whole line so I had Only Sewer Lines come out to give me an estimate, based on recommendations from friends. Cameron ran the camera through and explained everything we saw. And more impressively, he told me everything was actually in pretty good condition.
