ASE started out with replacing my roof. (They also cleaned out my gutters and even stopped me before I paid someone else to avoid unnecessary additional cost.) When I mentioned I had other needs they offered a competitive bid for window replacement and siding repairs. They also provided references for services they couldn't provide. Everyone was professional, responsive and thorough. The quality was in line with the value of all services and products I received. Any issues were addressed immediately and the follow-up was timely. Extremely professional. The communication with the managers and the roofing team is excellent and that includes the communication with the client. I was so impressed at how clean they kept the workspace and how careful they were not to harm any plants trees gardens, and just how easy they made having a new roof put on in the middle of summer. they were on time and finished the entire project. Early passed inspection and kept us up-to-date as to what was going on each and every day. the team of roofers worked harder than any contracting crew I’ve ever seen and I grew up in a construction family. On the billing side, they kept us up-to-date and worked very well with our insurance company. God forbid if I need another roof this is the only company I would turn to use. we’re going to have them take a look at our window damage because they were so wonderful to work with and communicate.
