We needed a new roof on our ranch home in Lakewood. It was not an insurance claim, so being purely out of pocket, we felt the need to get information and quotes from many sources, including our insurance agent. We solicited bids from 11 different local roofing companies, all with excellent reviews on many sites, including BBB. All had A+ rating. Our experience was educational in how much (or little) effort each company put into providing us a bid that was professionally done, competitive and was also respectful of our questions, needs and concerns. All Seasons (Jan pronounced Yan) was by far the best of all in terms of the quality of the quote provided and flexibility to tune the quote to meet our needs that was far below the others in terms of price and features needed. All Seasons Exteriors replaced my roof and repaired siding damaged by hail in May. The service provided by Danny Mantanona and Trevor’s project team was outstanding!
