Has our tankless water heater serviced. I did the cleaning of the filters a couple of years but never had it descaled so it needed that. Along with the service found the settings weren’t completely correct / and not using it to its full capability. Also the air intake pipe was installed too close to the furnace exhaust. So in the long run I think he caught some items that will have the unit running for years to come.
