Douglas, the tech, was great. He came on time and did a good work assessing all the problems and then giving me options and costs. He worked with me to come up with viable (financial) options for the necessary work. He kept me informed on his progress and explained all warranties, etc. when he finished. Ricardo was super constructive in fixing the leak in my hot water line from kitchen construction, and hooking up my new fridge line. knowledgeable, answered my questions, and got all of the task done for me in one visit.
