Justin did an amazing job replacing our roof in a VERY short amount of time as we were wrapping up the sale of our house and moving out of state, and did a great job keeping us well informed throughout the process. Justin Anderson is a true professional. He was on top of all the work to replace our hail damaged roof. He was patient and very helpful assisting us with the whole process of sending the first of the insurance checks to the mortgage company which they sent a check for half of the amount payable to us and Anderson builders. He worked with the insurance company to modify the original estimate because of city building code which required more ice and water shield than was planned All in all a top notch job. . Justin and his team were amazing to work with! I was in the middle of selling my home and found out that my roof was bad. I called Anderson Builders, and Justin met with the insurance adjustor. He explained the damage, and was very helpful in keeping the adjustor accurate with his assessment. Once we found out that the full roof needed to be replaced, his crew came out within a few days and completed the work! I would never consider working with another roofing company.
