I contacted Good Knight Roofing yesterday to come out to do a roof inspection before we sell our home. I received a call back from them very quickly. Phillip was able to come out and perform the roof inspection today and gave me a detailed explanation of what he saw. Wow! Idid not even think we were in the market for a roof, but our potential buyers of our house wanted it done. When we realized we need a new roof the owner Dennis was really easy to work with and communicate with. He even got our roof done quickly. The day of the project a big crew and got it done in a day! After my roof was done, Dennis still worked with me to get the new buyers of our house a limited lifetime warranty in their name. Good Knight Roofing is based in Littleton but goes all over the Front Range.
