Wow! Idid not even think we were in the market for a roof, but our potential buyers of our house wanted it done. When we realized we need a new roof the owner Dennis was really easy to work with and communicate with. He even got our roof done quickly. The day of the project a big crew and got it done in a day! After my roof was done, Dennis still worked with me to get the new buyers of our house a limited lifetime warranty in their name. Good Knight Roofing is based in Littleton but goes all over the Front Range.

Sean and team did a great job replacing our wood shake roof with a new Malarkey Architectural shingle that looks remarkable and tremendously enhances the look of our home. Thank you to a great team.

What a great experience during a painful time. I have remodeled three of my own houses over the past ten years in Denver using various contractors, painters, framers, and two other roofers. I have rarely found anyone who would live up to their promises or even make commitments. The three guys I dealt with at Good Knight Roofing were awesome through the whole process. My roof was only two years old when it was destroyed by hail. I got Dennis’ name from my father in law, who worked with him on his house and three rental properties last year.
