Called in after a hail storm. Was told they were too backed up after taking on projects in May and didn’t have time for a small project. That’s too bad considering we own multiple properties. Way to pass on business. One star I suppose for at least answering the phone call. Glad I found another company that was willing to give me the time of day.
Great work, great staff and affordable. They were quick to respond and get things scheduled. Very great communication especially with the terrencial downpour we had gotten around booking times. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof damage repair
Jacob came and assessed some potential moisture spots that I was seeing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He determined the roof was not the source of what we were seeing and gave some other reasons and solutions for our issue. Would definitely work with this company again in the future.
