High 5 Plumbing

Stephen came out to do a plumbing inspection on my house due to a requirement from my homeowners insurance. He was super friendly and definitely knew what he was talking about. He made a couple of minor recommendations and took the time to answer some other questions I had. We will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs!

Peter was the technician that came by the house. He arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He offered a couple different options for a new water heater and explained the differences between them. There were a couple of plumbing items in my home that needed to be brought up to current spec. My home is a little older and that can be expected with changing codes. As with most home repairs, it’s always more costly than expected. In this case, you get what you paid for; I’m good with that. As always, High 5 did an excellent job! Jose came out to help us replace our hose bibs ahead of having new siding put on the house. We had asked to do both front and back spigots, but he noted that one was in great condition and already had threaded fittings (the change we were looking to make) and wouldn't require any updates to stay in working order the way we wanted. He quickly fixed the other side of the house, which also had a leak and even needed the emergency shutoff replaced, and he only needed our water off for 20 minutes. He was working in our crawlspace right below where I was working from home and I barely heard a thing. As always, he showed me the finished work, cleaned up his work area, and jetted off after quickly and efficiently doing the paperwork. And I get a kick out of making sure we record our high five at the end of every job. I wish other businesses took their names and slogans that seriously - seems to make for happier employees in addition to top-notch work. Se
