The roof on my Boulder, Colorado rental house was badly damaged by hail, and wind. It had to be replaced. The original damage assessor was summoned by my insurance company. He recommended "Denver Roof Pros LLC" as a good local contractor. I am an out of town owner, and I never regretted the choice. The Denver Roof Pros representative provided me with detailed photographs of the roof, took time to explain to me the nature of the damage, and recommended to upgrade the shingles to Owens Corning's entry level/least expensive Class 4/Impact Resistant Shingle to withstand the next hails, and winds, even though it was slightly more expensive compared to the basic shingles covered by insurance. The company settled the expenses with my insurance without my involvement. I just got to choose the color of the shingles. The work started right away, was done quickly and efficiently without disrupting the life inside the house. I was receiving daily updates, communicating through Email and texts. D
