Response to "Response from the owner (10/22/2021)": 1) You inspected the roof for me, and I requested the seller to repair the roof with your company in my contract with the seller. You told the seller that the five-year certificate is transferable. It does not make sense that the seller paid a five-year certificate, but it is not transferable to the new owner. 2) You did not complete all the repairs, per the estimate. I posted more than seven pictures, but google review only showed two of them. One example is that one hip and ridge tile. You agreed that one hip and ridge tile was in your estimate, but you forgot to repair and would repair it in September. Now is the end of October, and you never showed up and fixed the roof. I texted you about the repair, and you did not reply to my message. 3) Denver Roof Pros LLC inspected and repaired my roof, which means that they either did not do a good job on the inspection or did not do a good job on the repair. 4) If you are a responsible own
