I called Trevor and explained the issue I was experiencing with my 15 year old furnace. Trevor, almost immediately, knew what the issue was. He made it a point to arrive the same day I called, within 3 hours, and diagnosed the problem. Trevor contacted me and explained, in detail, the fees involved to replace the damaged part. The price was more than reasonable! Trevor picked up the new part needed and had my furnace up and running the same day. From the time I talked to Trevor over the phone to the time repairs were complete was a very short 8 hours. All while still completing already scheduled appointments. After 3 guys from 2 different heating companies my furnace was still not working. With no heat for 2 weeks I was given Trevor’s bane and number by a mutual friend. Trevor found the actual problem, called for the part and replaced it. I have now had heat for over a week without any issues.
