Called them just before they had closed for the day, like 20 minutes before, and still was able to have Chris come out and be there within 10 minutes!!! He was very informative and really did a thorough job inspecting everything and explaining it back to me!! We’ve used this company twice now and have been incredibly satisfied each time!! I was exceptionally pleased with the sales, installation and service of my Trane furnace. Dale, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable about their products and even did a system sizing study to determine the correct size of unit needed. No other company offered to do this. It turned out I could use a smaller unit that would save money, be more energy efficient and make the house more comfortable. Installers found issues with previous installations that lead to premature failure of the old unit and corrected them. I had some questions and system changes that I wanted to make so they sent out a tech to address them. Chris, the tech, was exceptional. I am an engineer and wanted the system set up in a particular way. He accommodated my requests and talked though several details of the systems and refined the setup to get peak performance out of it. Top notch!
