Bait and switch situation. Called and requested routine cleaning for my AC unit. I do this once a year but my usual guy was unable to come out. Was quoted 99 dollars for the service. The tech came out and did a diagnostic test and a “light cleaning” for the 99. He then told me to clean the coil would cost 180 more and that it wasn’t included in the cleaning I requested. I called management to discuss my frustrations of being quoted an additional 180 for the service that I requested when I originally called for. They said it’s how they do things and that they would only discount the service 30$ for a cleaning. I ended up being charged 250$ for routine maintenance that other companies charge 150-180 for. Will not be using this company again.

Summit did my new furnace install and fresh AC install recently and were great. Luis was easy to schedule and get out for a bid and their price was very competitive. Hector and Lance along with the rest of the electrical crew were able to expertly handle anything my old house threw at them. Vincent and Frank we're excellent installers and friendly guys who were able to handle whatever was thrown at them and crack a couple laughs along the way.
